This page contains excerpts from an authentic 1611 KJV, printed in 1614 by the King's
printer Robert Barker.  The original is in the special collections deprtment of the Shield's
Library at UC Davis, USA.  We are grateful to the university for permission to display
parts of their copy of this old Bible on our site.

On display are the cover, shown beside a $20 bill to give an idea of the real size of the
volume.  This is followed by the title page.

Next is the Dediction to King James I, followed by "The Translators to the Readers"
and the table of contents.

At the end is the first page of the Book of Genesis.
